Simon started his realty career in the early 1990s and has been with Sutton for over 27 years, bringing with him an extensive background in development, property management, appraisal, and statistical surveying. Since then, he has earned a broad array of awards and distinctions for his years of committed service, among them entry into the MLS Medallion club, which honors the top 10% of all Vancouver realtors, as well as numerous Sutton awards for success and dedication.
