James has been a realtor since 2005. He is a multiple MLS® Award winner and has received Sutton Diamond and Platinum awards. James is one of Sutton’s top realtors and is also an Accredited Staging Professional. James is known for his positive outlook, integrity, unwavering determination and sense of humour. He has exceptional people skills which he developed over the last few decades. Before becoming a realtor, James worked as a concierge, managed a building supply store and worked as a manager in retail. Growing up, James enjoyed competitive sports including hockey and lacrosse. He also played golf which he continues today. Through his passion for sports, James learned to never give up and always strive to win. He applies this to his approach to real estate. James was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and has lived in Victoria since 1971. At 22 he purchased his first property and since then he has bought and sold many other properties of his own. He currently lives in Saanich with his wife and daughter.
