Before he earned his realtor’s license in 1990, Susumu owned and operated a Japanese restaurant for several years, gaining many of the communication and customer service skills that would serve him well throughout his realty career. Hard working and self-motivated, over the course of his 30+ years in the industry, he has helped clients across the Greater Vancouver area and beyond, exploring every option on the way to helping them achieve their real estate goals. Whether his clients are experienced or entirely new to the industry, Susumu always takes the time to get to know their situation, drawing on his years of experience to work towards the solution that is best for everyone. In his free time, he enjoys practicing martial arts as well as spending time with friends and family.
