Hi, I’m Christina Sutton with Sutton Group West Coast Realty, one of Vancouver’s leading brokerages. I have always had a passion for real estate which led me to enroll and then graduate from the Marketing Management – Commercial Real Estate option at BCIT. Challenging the residential Realtor licensing exam through UBC I then obtained my trading services certificate. Courses and skills learnt through BCIT include real estate law, negotiation, appraisal, urban land and development, feasibility studies, business mathematics, and project marketing. These all have helped immensely in the level of service I’m able to provide my clients with.

Starting out in development with project sales, I learnt invaluable knowledge of the development process. I am now focusing directly on resale and have happily represented Buyers and Sellers in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, New Westminster, Burnaby, Surrey and White Rock.

I pride myself on providing the very best real estate services to my clients. I want them to find the perfect home that they love while understanding their next home is a place to put down roots and grow; but it also has to be a sound financial investment should they choose to eventually move on. I am best known by my clients as a skilled negotiator who always puts their needs before all else.
