Encouraged by his wife to join her in business, Raymond began his real estate career in 1992 and discovered a passion for befriending others and helping them find homes. Raymond went on to fortify his knowledge of Real Estate, graduating from the University of British Columbia with an education in Urban Land Economics, and he further enhanced his professional career with a membership to the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. With thorough communication skills, superb attention to detail, a friendship-first approach, and honest hard work, Raymond has consistently received awards from the Medallion Club for 20 years, eventually earning a Lifetime Medallion Club membership for his dedicated service.
